A few weeks ago, we did a studio contest for a free session + Glance collection and this amazing babe won! She definitely did NOT expect to win and was super nervous, but also said that she felt instantly welcome and comfortable with our team. This is the absolute biggest compliment I can get. I know how nerve wrecking it can be to book a boudoir session, but to win one and then deciding to jump in head first is a whole other ballpark.

One of my favorite parts of doing these sessions is showing women that no matter the insecurities, the images we create together are going to be magical. While we’re working together, I show clients the back of the camera to show them that the stupid things I ask them to do aren’t for naught and that there’s a method to my madness. This client kept saying how surprised she was every time I showed her what I was getting! She didn’t expect to love her body by the time she walked out of the studio, but by the time she left she felt more confident than ever. For me, that is the gift that keeps giving.

Truly, thank you for entering the contest, but even more so, thank you for really committing to the process. You’re amazing and I can’t wait to have you in again!

How did you feel AFTER your session? Did anything change about how you see yourself?

I felt confident in myself and how I looked! More than I have in years!

What was your favorite part of your session?

Trying the poses that looked impossible but actually weren’t! Haha!

If you were recommending this experience to your best friend, what would you say? How would you convince them to have their own experience?

I would tell them that everyone was extremely welcoming and made sure they did everything to make sure I was comfortable there. I would explain how I have never felt more confident in my body and who I am as a woman.
